Current manual renewals

Current purchases are one-time orders that provide access for a stated period. They do not automatically renew, so there is ordinarily no future recurring charge to cancel. Choosing not to renew allows paid access to expire at the end of that period.

If automatic renewal is offered

If a future checkout clearly offers recurring billing, cancellation will stop future charges and access will normally continue until the end of the paid period unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise. The purchase screen must provide the cancellation method.

How to get help

For billing or cancellation support, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email and order reference. Do not send card details.

Account deletion is separate

Cancelling or allowing paid access to expire does not delete the account or child profiles. An account or data-deletion request is a separate privacy process.

Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. See the Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights still apply.
