Digital subscription requests

Refund requests are assessed fairly based on applicable law and the circumstances, including duplicate charges, accidental or incorrect-plan purchases, technical failure, or paid access that did not activate. Contact support promptly with the order reference and a description of the issue.

Outcomes and partial refunds

Depending on the circumstances, we may correct access, exchange the plan, provide a full or partial refund, or explain why a refund is unavailable. Promotional purchases are assessed using the amount actually paid. Any stated policy period does not remove rights under applicable law.

Physical products

Where physical goods are offered, remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or undelivered goods are subject to applicable consumer law. Change-of-mind terms, delivery fees, and return instructions must be shown for the relevant product.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a refund

Send [SUPPORT EMAIL] your account email, order number, purchase date, reason, and relevant screenshots. Expected acknowledgement: [RESPONSE TIME]. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method where possible; provider processing times vary.

Chargebacks

Please contact support first so we can investigate quickly. Doing so does not remove or limit any right you may have to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider.
