Eligibility and accounts

An adult parent or guardian must create and control the main account, provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and supervise child-profile use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Permitted use

SafeKidApps grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for permitted household purposes. Use must comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid access begins after confirmed payment and activation. Current purchases provide access for a stated period and require manual renewal unless checkout clearly identifies an automatic recurring subscription. Prices, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and the access period are shown before purchase. See the Subscription and Billing, Cancellation, and Refund policies.

Child profiles and parent responsibility

Parents choose profiles, settings, and assigned lists, and remain responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for their children. Curated access is designed to support supervision, not replace it.

Third-party and YouTube content

SafeKidApps organizes selected YouTube links or embeds but does not own YouTube or third-party videos. Availability and suitability can change. SafeKidApps is not YouTube Kids and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

SafeKidApps branding, software, page design, curation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders.

Availability, suspension and termination

Features or content may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. We may restrict or terminate access for unlawful use, security threats, fraud, non-payment, or material breach, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted availability or permanent access to third-party videos. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited; nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Changes and governing law

We may update the service or these Terms and will publish a revised date. Governing law and venue are subject to the law applicable to the contracting business and mandatory consumer protections; final business jurisdiction details require owner confirmation.
